Our mission is simple : to deliver measurable results for clients by leveraging digital and AI-powered strategies.Role Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern whose role is primarily Project Management & Client Success. This is a full-time, on-site position in Greater Kolkata.???? You will not be directly executing campaigns, but will play a crucial role as the face of the agency—ensuring smooth client communication, successful delivery of projects, and driving client satisfaction that results in long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities : Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client communication and coordination.Monitor daily / weekly meetings, internal trackers, reports, and project updates.Ensure tasks are followed up with internal teams (Performance Marketing, Social Media, SMM).Support in creating and sharing PPTs with new leads on a daily basis.Assist in performance marketing, social media, and campaign monitoring tasks (not direct execution).Ensure projects are on track and contribute towards overall client success and growth.Qualifications & Skills : Basic to decent knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Ads, Social Media, SMM).Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.Strong organizational and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Team player with problem-solving attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).✨ This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing client servicing, project management, and agency operations.
