About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions for global business operations.

This is a remote opportunity, working closely with international clients and cross-functional teams in a late-evening shift aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Order Management and EDI integrations within Oracle SCM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and document system configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for EDI mapping, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Oracle SCM configurations including Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Pricing, Shipping, and Invoicing.
• Handle issue resolution, system enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Support business users across multiple time zones during and after deployment.
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
• Work with global teams to ensure seamless coordination between business processes and Oracle applications.
