Location :

Jigani, Bangalore, Karnataka

Working days : Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM

Qualification :

Diploma in commercial / BA / Bcom

Experience : 3 – 5 years

Key responsibilities :

• Indirect Enquiry Generation & Conducting Enquiry Review with Planning, R&D, Purchase, Production, S&M departments checking for feasibility.
• Preparation of Offers / Tenders and submission by Online / Manual
• Follow-up of offers / preparation & circulation of Enquiry MIS with status.
• Conducting Order Review & Processing of Orders as per AS9100D regulations.
• Checking for BOM and Raising Internal Work Order on Production / R&D with Risk Identification and Analysis and marking opportunities for organization.
• Entry of Orders / Generation of Invoice in ERP
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer orders / queries / schedules based on contract & monitor the progress and complete execution of an order.
• Arranging for shipment, Follow-up for Acceptance of Material & Payments
• Co-ordination with Principal companies for enquiries / order execution etc., for Trading Business
• Preparation of documents & arranging shipment for EXPORT business & coordination with FF for IMPORT business and preparation of required documents for custom clearance.
• Conducting Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Sales Review Meeting and preparation & sharing MOM.
• Conducting / Coordinating for Exhibitions & Seminars
• Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports & Calculation of Sales Incentive for team / individual.
