Key Responsibilities :
- Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems
- Conducting workflow analysis and data validation
- Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
- Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions
- Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues
- Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation
- Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues
- Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR / RCM workflows
