Role : Salesforce Technical / Solutions Architect

Exp : 12-15 years

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, guiding project teams and mentoring junior architects and developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements.
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration patterns.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of FSC's data model, features, and capabilities, advising on both out-of-the-box solutions and custom development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
