We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CNC Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for CNC machines and related products.

Handle complete sales cycles — from lead generation to technical discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while exploring new markets and segments.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CNC solutions based on technical feasibility and budget.

Coordinate with application and service teams for installations, demonstrations, and after-sales support.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic planning.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events representing LSK Machine Tools.

Desired Candidate Profile : Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience : 8–10 years in CNC Machine Sales / Capital Equipment Sales / Industrial Machine Tools.

Strong technical understanding of CNC turning, milling, and machining center operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and professionalism.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
