Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive (F & B) located in Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
