Position Title : Senior Manager - Embedded Systems (Firmware Design) Education : Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication or related field. Experience : 5 - 10 years Work Location : Navi Mumbai (Mahape) Key Responsibility :

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C.
• Work with Linux-based embedded systems and RTOS environments like FreeRTOS.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle : requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering.
• Debug and optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and safety.
• Document design specifications, code, and test procedures. Required Skills :
• 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• Proficiency in Embedded C programming.
• Strong experience with Linux and FreeRTOS in embedded environments.
• Solid understanding of the embedded development life cycle and best practices.
• Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Good to Have :
• Experience working on motor protection applications, Motor Control Unit, Feeder relays.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards.
• Exposure to cybersecurity in embedded systems (e.g., secure boot, encryption, secure communication).
• Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, UART.
