Job description

Position :  Embedded Engineer.

Industry :  Consumer Electronics and Medical Devices.

Experience : Minimum 2 years .

Office Location :  Malad West, Mumbai.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Designing and developing a new embedded system from scratch as per product requirements.
  • Component selection includes controller, sensors, power supply, etc as per the application.
  • Review and interpret the datasheet of the selected components and help decide how it can be used to make the overall system work.
  • Hardware setup and testing for validation of components
  • Firmware development and testing to achieve the desired functionality.
  • PCB design to achieve product robustness.
  • Selection of sensors, microcontroller, battery, etc. as per product requirements.
  • Testing, debugging, and improvising.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Should have great problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able break down complex problem into measurable solvable problems.
  • Knowledge and experience of programming languages such as C, C++, and / or Python.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MODBUS, and TCP.
  • Knowledge of AC and DC power-operated devices, Audio, Bluetooth, WIFI modules, Motor Control, and Battery Operated Devices.
  • Knowledge of battery sensing and related circuit development.
  • Ability to create, read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of using Arduino, MPLAB, STM32 & TI programming IDE is preferred.
  • Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus.
