Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of plant equipment. This involves implementing best practices in manufacturing, maintaining accurate records of breakdown reports, spare part management, and maintenance history.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of plant equipment based on industry best practices.
- CNC, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and utility maintenance of machines.
- Monitoring Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Detailed analysis of Breakdown Tickets to identify root causes and develop action plans.
- Industrial automation and power-saving projects.
- Preventive maintenance as per schedule for plant and machinery.
- Spare parts inventory and consumption monitoring.
- Ensuring safety policies and procedures are maintained.
- Managing 5S records and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Coordinating maintenance activities with the production department.
Requirements :
Strong understanding of CNC, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and utility systems.Experience in industrial automation and power-saving projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits :
