This Position reports to :

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and / or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities.

This role is contributing to the Motion business based in Faridabad, India :

You will be mainly accountable for : Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and / or facilities.

Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.

Qualifications for the role 4 to 8 years of experience in similar field.

Full time Diploma or Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience into machine maintenance at Shopfloor. Exp into TPM activities.

Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.

Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
