Job description

Exp Required : - 3-5 Years

Qualification :

Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience

Skills :

Good command over English language (Both written & verbal).

Well verse with MS office & window operating system.

Experience :

Associate (Executive)- 1 to 2 Years of HRSS experience (Domestic / International).

Sr. Associate (Sr. Executive) - 2 to 3 Years of HRSS experience (Domestic / International).

Competencies :

Fast learner with minimum guidance

Should be a good team player.

Flexible and Adaptable towards job requirements

Experience in process transition & HR ticketing system will be preferred, but not mandatory.

Knowledge of UK Payroll

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and summaries.

Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi-task

Handle employee inquiries from UK employees via various channels (email, chat, ticketing system).

KEY SKILL SET :

Advanced ability in using Microsoft Excel, PPT and TP tools.

Should be good in Analytical Thinking, Reasoning and Decision Making

Should have Payroll processing knowledge

Good communication skill and like to interact with people.

Candidate should have fair understanding of Query Handling

Willing to learn and flexibility to changes.

Should be aware of the basic technical software and applications need in this line of work.

Ability to grasp, analyse and improve work processes.

Good analytical skills to identify the Variance in the Key Result Areas for the Process.
