Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a leading FMCG player in the skin and hair care category to strengthen its brand positioning and accelerate growth. The engagement covers end-to-end brand strategy, GTM execution, and sales expansion across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-commerce.

The client is looking to onboard a Brand Strategy & GTM Consultant who will be responsible for shaping and executing high-impact initiatives across marketing, sales, and branding. The consultant will play a key role in driving new launches, sales acceleration, and market presence, while working closely with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shape and execute brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans for the skin and hair care portfolio
• Drive GTM initiatives and new product launches, ensuring execution excellence across GT, MT, and E-commerce
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and optimize sales
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and influence
• Build and track performance dashboards to measure outcomes and ensure delivery of business impact
