About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who blends creativity, strategy, and strong visual judgment. You will take full ownership of the design output for Expedify and select client brands driving visual consistency, crafting compelling stories, and setting high-quality creative standards.
This role involves creative direction, hands-on design execution, mentoring juniors, and adopting modern AI-assisted workflows to elevate creative quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of each brand’s segmentation, positioning, and communication goals.
- Lead visual direction and translate brand strategies into bold, impactful creative concepts.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and visual libraries.
Design Execution
Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, product communication, and brand campaigns.Produce design concepts that are visually consistent, modern, and aligned with brand storytelling.Use design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva with strong attention to detail.(Preferred) Basic motion design skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro.Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor interns and junior designers; conduct feedback sessions and improve team output quality.Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, motion designers, marketing teams, and senior leadership.Present creative ideas, rationales, and visual directions effectively to stakeholders and clients.Innovation & AI-driven Design
Explore and adopt AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) to speed up creative exploration and improve visual impact.Recommend new workflows, tools, and design improvements to strengthen internal processes.Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably based in Delhi NCR .Must have worked on at least one of the following :FMCG brands (packaged goods)B2B or SaaS brandsStrong creative abilities with a proven track record in digital-first design execution.Minimum 3 years of experience in a design or copy-led digital role at a brand or agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, conceptual thinking, and final execution.Experience in client communication, feedback management, and leading creative deliverables.Technical Skills
