About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Content & Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally with exposure to Australian clients or international markets.
In this role, you will work closely with our strategy and digital teams to create engaging content and creative assets for our clients. You will be responsible for turning digital marketing strategies into highly compelling designs and written content that elevate SME brands across social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
Create high-quality social media posts and ad creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , Google Ads).Develop visuals for branding, campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and website content.Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables.Work with the strategy team to bring creative concepts to life.Content Creation
Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social posts, ads, landing pages, and marketing assets.Understand client goals to create content that resonates with SME audiences.Collaborate to develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and storytelling ideas.Marketing & Strategy Support
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure creative output matches strategic objectives.Understand client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.Contribute ideas to improve content quality, brand engagement, and campaign results.Execution & Coordination
Manage multiple client projects and deliver work on time.Participate in internal creative reviews and brainstorming sessions.Coordinate with internal teams (digital, operations, content) for smooth campaign execution.Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and content creation.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, branding, and content projects.Experience working with Australian clients (preferred but not mandatory).Excellent understanding of digital marketing content for SMEs.Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, engaging content.Advanced skills in tools such as :Adobe PhotoshopIllustratorCanvaAdobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere ProFigma (bonus)Ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistent high-quality work.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Video editing, motion graphics, or UI design would be an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and paid advertising.What We Offer
