About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Purview solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on enabling strong data governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. The right candidate will be hands-on, able to lead projects end-to-end, and bridge the gap between compliance requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Define and implement data classification, labeling, and protection policies across Microsoft 365, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
• Configure and manage DLP, insider risk management, records management, and eDiscovery in Purview.
• Integrate Purview with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Exchange for end-to-end compliance enforcement.
• Assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
• Support data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management to strengthen governance.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, SOX, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and adoption workshops.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Purview and its integrations.
