Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including listing properties, marketing, negotiating sales, and managing client relationships. The role also involves conducting property viewings, assisting clients with paperwork, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and property laws.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills and Sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate market in Gurgaon is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
