Tender Identification & Evaluation :
- Monitor tender portals, government publications, and client communications to identify relevant opportunities.
- Evaluate tender requirements, scope of work, and compliance factors.
Bid Strategy Development :
Coordinate with senior management and relevant departments to develop win strategies.Analyze competitors and pricing models to ensure a competitive bid.Tender Preparation :
Compile and prepare pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ), technical proposals, and financial bids.Gather documentation like certificates, licenses, and company profiles.Cross-Department Coordination :
Work with sales, legal, finance, operations, and technical teams to gather input for tenders.Ensure timely submission of all required materials.Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure tenders comply with legal and company standards.Identify and mitigate any contractual or financial risks in the tender documentation.Submission & Follow-Up :
Submit bids as per guidelines (hard copy, online, e-procurement systems).Track tender status, manage clarifications, and attend post-bid meetings if required.Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track win / loss ratio.Prepare regular reports for management on bid performance and feedback.Skills & Qualifications :
Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations (depending on industry).Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with tendering platforms is a plus.Skills Required
