Role : D2C & Brand Operations Lead

Location : Ahmedabad (Full-Time)

Salary : ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow Aava’s D2C business across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and aavawater.com.
• Manage listings, offers, visibility, and product launches for Aava’s expanding product range.
• Oversee customer experience from ordering to delivery, feedback, and reordering.
• Take full ownership of the customer care email and helpline — ensuring professional and prompt communication.
• Plan and execute monthly content and digital campaigns using Meta, Google, influencer collaborations, and AI tools.
• Coordinate activations, sampling drives, and on-ground events to promote Aava’s glass bottles and new beverages.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and creative teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain performance dashboards and provide weekly growth and service updates.
