Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams for smooth credit operations.
Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining portfolio quality.
Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
Prepare and maintain basic MIS / data for review.
Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

1-4 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector with exposure to sales / relationship management of secured / unsecured products

Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.

Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
