About the Role :
- Responsible for driving operational excellence, performance, and reliability across the assigned cluster.
- The Cluster Manager will ensure service quality, customer growth, and expansion through effective operations governance, cost optimization, and first-last mile leadership.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable operations, network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive organic growth of customers within the cluster through superior service and reliability.Ensure operational governance, SLA adherence, and end-to-end service quality.Oversee FLM partner appointment, manage manpower vendors, cost optimization, and productivity.Plan and execute cluster expansion and capacity enhancement.Analyse performance data, drive RCA, and implement corrective actions across hubs and branches.Collaborate with Zonal and central teams on implementing new initiatives and optimizationsSkills :
