Roles & Responsibilities :
- Proposal & Bid Management : Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFx) including proposal strategy, solution alignment, and timely submission for healthcare domain opportunities.
- Business Development : Partner with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities, support deal shaping, and drive client engagement strategies.
- Marketing & Collateral : Create and manage impactful marketing collateral such as case studies, sales decks, brochures, and capability documents tailored to healthcare clients.
- Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare industry updates to build winning value propositions.
- Client Engagement : Participate in client presentations, pursuit discussions, and workshops to articulate value, differentiation, and solution fit.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior presales, marketing, and proposal team members; establish best practices for bid, collateral, and pursuit management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with delivery, solution architects, pricing, and leadership to ensure alignment on proposals and go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain pipeline dashboards, win / loss analysis, and continuously improve proposal and marketing processes.
Must-Have Skills :
12+ years of experience in Proposal Management, Presales, Business Development, or Marketing, with at least 5+ years in the Healthcare domain .Strong track record in handling complex bids, proactive pursuits, and business development initiatives in healthcare.Expertise in developing client-focused marketing collateral and storytelling for proposals.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong project and team management experience, with ability to deliver under tight deadlines.Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience in Healthcare Insurance (payer, provider) or Healthcare IT services .Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, MS SharePoint, or proposal automation tools .Certifications like APMP (Proposal Management) , Marketing certifications , or equivalent.Exposure to digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, or thought leadership content in healthcare.Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to support sales strategy.
