Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our products according to their needs.
• Customize product solutions based on specific client requirements, working closely with the development team to tailor features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and technical teams to ensure cohesive product strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase and ongoing as needed.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive adjustments to product configurations.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand the full capabilities of our products.
• Gather customer feedback to aid in continuous product improvement and innovation.
