CI / CD pipelines are growing more complex, with fragmented telemetry and mounting contention for shared infrastructure. Orbit provides unified telemetry and AI-driven insights to detect bottlenecks, reduce flakiness, and optimize pipeline performance across on-prem and cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

Build distributed backend services for ingesting, processing, and querying high-volume telemetry

Design and evolve APIs that power Orbit’s dashboards and AI agents

Work across the stack, backend first, but with opportunities to contribute to frontend

Shape architecture and product direction as an early team member

Must Haves

3–5 years Golang backend development experience

Experience with distributed systems (queues, schedulers, workflow engines, data pipelines)

Solid understanding of APIs, data modeling, and databases

Comfort with cloud-native development (AWS / GCP, containers, orchestration)

Product mindset - building for usability, reliability, and speed

Nice to Have

Exposure to telemetry, observability, or monitoring systems

Event-driven architectures (Kafka, Temporal, NATS, etc.)

Frontend experience with React / TypeScript

Interest in LLM-driven products or eBPF
