Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function for aluminium die casting operations.

Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality standards.

Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and documentation.

Drive supplier quality management, customer complaint resolution, and in-house quality improvement.

Handle PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and audits.

Monitor and reduce internal & customer rejections (casting & machining stage).

Coordinate with design, tooling, production, and NPD teams for new product development.

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in aluminium die casting (GDC / LPDC ).

Strong knowledge of metallurgical properties, defect analysis, and casting process controls.

Familiar with NDT, CMM, Spectrometer, X-ray testing, and other quality inspection tools.

Experience in dealing with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.

Lead customer audits, visits, and approvals.

Mentor & develop the QA team.
