Position Overview : The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content for various digital and print platforms. This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). The role requires a high level of creativity, independence, and a strong understanding of design tools. The ideal candidate is not only a creative thinker but also hands-on with AI tools and design software, bringing their own ideas to life with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation : Independently develop creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
• AI Integration : Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance graphic design processes and produce innovative content.
• Effective Tool Usage : Demonstrate proficiency in using design software to create high-quality visual content efficiently.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
• Idea Generation : Bring original ideas to the table and execute them with creativity and precision, contributing to the overall design strategy.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and otherdesigners to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts.
• Feedback Implementation : Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring final deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Research & Trends : Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to apply innovative ideas to projects.
• File Management : Organize and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and artwork, ensuring proper file naming and version control.

Must-Have Skills

(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
