Roles & Responsibilities / Profile Details
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, and mail), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
Arrange logistics such as venue booking, catering, and technical support.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks for meetings.
Communication Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on key projects and initiatives.
Confidentiality and Compliance
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Office and Resource Management
Oversee office supplies and equipment for the executive's needs.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Project Assistance
Support special projects, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
Monitor project timelines and provide updates to the executive.
Experience 1.5 – 2 years of experience in executive or administrative assistant role.
Proven track record of managing complex schedules and coordinating high-priority tasks.
