Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMS Engineer based in Pune. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, conducting regular system checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The BMS Engineer will collaborate with other facility management teams and prepare reports to document system performance and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BMS operations, system programming, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical systems maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and addressing technical issues.
• Familiarity with industry safety regulations and standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with facility management teams.
• Relevant experience as a BMS Engineer; certification in building automation or related fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday through Friday in Pune.
