Specialist - Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
1. Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging performance channels.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV), and ensure consistent growth.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align ads with brand storytelling.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze user journeys on website / app and identify drop-off points.Run A / B / multivariate experiments to improve checkout rates, cart abandonment, and funnel efficiency.Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user experience alongside product and design teams.3. SEO & Organic Growth
Partner with content and tech teams to execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.Optimize product listings, blogs, and collection pages for maximum visibility.4. Analytics & Growth Strategy
Track and report all marketing KPIs using GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools.Build attribution models and optimize budget allocation across channels.Explore new growth channels including affiliate marketing, influencer performance campaigns, and remarketing.Collaborate with retention / CRM teams on email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to maximize customer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).5-10 years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).Strong analytical skills; proficiency in GA4, Looker, or similar reporting tools.Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and tech teams.A mix of creative and analytical mindset with a drive for experimentation and scaling campaigns.Why Join Miraggio :
