GoNoise.com - Senior Director / Director - Product

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and drive the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for Noise's entire digital ecosystem.
• Leverage advanced ML / AI capabilities to build a deeply personalized and intelligent product ecosystem.
• Champion a test-learn-iterate culture through experimentation, funnel analysis, and advanced analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, etc.).
• Manage a growing team of PMs while collaborating closely with NPD-devices, engineering, marketing and QA teams.
• Define sprint rituals, product processes, and collaboration models across pods.
• Lead monetization efforts via premium subscriptions, content, integrations, or value added services.
• Ensure deep alignment with brand goals and user behavior.
• Lead growth initiatives and spearhead ecosystem partnerships.
• Build powerful retention loops via gamification, habit formation, personalized nudges, and smart 10+ years in product management with at least 2+ years in leadership roles (Director level).
• Proven track record of scaling B2C platforms to multi-million user bases with strong monetization & retention metrics.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams (10+ members).
• Hands-on with product strategy, user research, experimentation, analytics, and roadmap execution.
• Background in consumer-tech categories like fitness, gaming, media, social, wellness, or edtech.
• Good to have but not mandatory : Experience with wearable integrations, BLE data, or iOT platforms.
• Exposure to international product scaling.
• Technical familiarity with modern PM stacks : SQL, Jira, Figma, Asana, analytics platforms.
