About the Role

The US IT recruiter will be responsible for developing and putting into action a talent pipeline, which will be used to recruit a large pool of talent. They offer organizations the essential confidence that they need to hire the candidates who are competent and equipped to handle their technological requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

W2 Hiring experience.

Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Work on strategic global hiring programs and develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills required for various positions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
