About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with campaign execution, and the ability to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
- Create performance dashboards and deliver weekly / monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing page optimization.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending efficiently across campaigns.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Strong understanding of digital ad metrics, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).Hands-on experience with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred).Nice to Have :
Experience with Programmatic advertising / DV360.Knowledge of SEO basics.Experience in B2B or e-commerce campaigns.Why Join Us :
