Job description

Key Deliverables :

Lead application and R&D projects for friction brake systems in locomotives and metros
Drive development and validation of mechanical brake components and subsystems
Ensure compliance with railway standards and customer technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, installation, and commissioning

Role Responsibilities :

Own design lifecycle including concepts, packaging, and kinematics of brake systems

Interface with internal teams to resolve manufacturing, reliability, and service concerns

Support technical documentation, validation plans, and training initiatives

Guide product direction and continuous improvement through innovation and customer focus
