Role Overview :
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our COE team for a 6-month internship. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key HR areas like Talent Management, DEIB, Employee Engagement, and Project Management. You’ll work closely with HR leaders and teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the COE team in driving HR projects and initiatives through research, content creation, and coordination.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Prepare and update review decks , dashboards, and reports
- Administer surveys and analyse responses along with other data sources to derive meaningful insights
- Use tools like MS Office , Canva , and AI tools (e.G., Microsoft Copilot) for content creation and reporting
- Coordinate with teams for timely follow-ups and project management
Required Knowledge & Skills :
Hands on experience on Excel , PowerPoint and exposure to tools like Canva , ChatGPT , co-pilot and other AI toolsExcellent Oral and written communication skills.Good presentation and data analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA team player with a learning mindset and interest in HRAbility to think independently and take proactive actions on projectsQualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate in any streamPrior experience in HR is preferred
