Job Role & Responsibilities

Role :

• Operate as Deputy Divisional Head of Security & Fire Division.
• To act as Advisor to SS Head & Enabler for enforcing Mgt Directives.
• To ensure Senior Mgt Executives Security in addition to Plant Security
• To ensure material security, loss prevention.
• To establish an effective IR & Business Intelligence mechanism & develop an Intelligence Team in support of Mgt expectations.
• Monitor Security & Fire Staff activities / interactions to prevent any acts of non-conformity.
• Along with Divn Mgr SS maintain an excellent liaison with Police Authorities, PCMC & PMC Officers.
• Advise other Business Functions regarding provision of responsive Security support & affect the desired Security Operations.
• Be always ready to provide support to other Plants (if & when required).
• Monitor Road Safety & ensure compliance of norms.
• Apart from Shift-time, be on-call to attend any emergency.
