Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Excellence :

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations with a focus on productivity and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions to enhance outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project and business objectives.
  • Facilitate open communication channels across all organizational levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget and Resource Management :

  • Prepare, manage, and track departmental budgets.
  • Optimize resource planning to balance costs and operational needs effectively.
  • Risk Management :

  • Identify potential risks (operational, compliance, or strategic) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
