Job descriptionAssist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Assist in conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Collaborate with the HR team to organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Previous internship experience in HR for a minimum of 3 to 6 months is preferred. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
