Position Overview
The Delivery Manager (Banking | QE | Automation) will lead large-scale QA and Automation-led testing programs across multiple Indian banking portfolios. This role demands strong leadership, deep Banking domain expertise, and the ability to drive QE transformation across Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Channels in QA IT environments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Automation-led delivery, Agile / DevOps-based QA transformation, and managing large teams while ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-domain QA and Automation-led transformation programs across Indian Banking clients.
- Oversee QA delivery for Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Channels portfolios.
- Drive QE maturity by embedding Automation, CI / CD, and continuous testing in project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Test Managers, Solution Architects, and Automation Leads to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage project governance, scope, timelines, and financial performance across multiple accounts.
- Provide strategic direction on test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices (Selenium, Appium, Katalon, RestAssured, Postman, etc.).
- Build and mentor high-performing QA and Automation teams with a focus on skill scalability.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, RMG, TA, and Finance teams for resourcing, proposal support, and margin optimization.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive delivery engagement and value-driven outcomes.
- Drive internal innovation initiatives, promote IPs, and contribute to whitepapers and solution accelerators.
Required Experience
15+ years in the IT industry with at least 10 years in QA Delivery or Program Management roles.Proven experience delivering QA, QE, and Automation-led projects in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI).Deep domain knowledge across Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Channels (Digital Banking).Strong expertise in Automation frameworks, CI / CD integration, and DevOps QA practices.Experience in Agile methodologies and end-to-end test lifecycle management.Demonstrated success in managing large QA teams, client relationships, and profitability.Strong financial acumen—tracking revenue, cost efficiency, and ROI on automation initiatives.Educational & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA) or MBA.1–2 globally recognized certifications preferred (e.G., PMP, ISTQB, Agile, DevOps).Minimum 60% marks throughout academics.Kevin Rodricks
