Job Description

Reporting to the COO you will be responsible for :

• Managing the regional plant heads who look after different clusters across the country
• Drive manufacturing excellence across all the multiple plants
• Implement strategic plans to increase profitability and meet business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing processes with overall business goals.
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality assurance and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidates should have :

• A degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
• 20 years of experience in managing multi location plants in the FMCG or chemical industry.
