Strategy & Execution
Own and drive execution of all client activation campaigns across PAN India locations.
Translate client briefs into scalable, timely and cost-effective operations plans.
Collaborate with Business Development and Client Servicing to ensure flawless delivery.
Operational Leadership
Build & lead regional and zonal operations teams PAN India.
Ensure execution standards, cost control and timely delivery for each project.
Build and enforce SOPs for campaign execution, logistics, promoter deployment, etc.
Promoter & Vendor Management
Oversee nationwide promoter network – recruitment, onboarding, training and quality control.
Build and manage relationships with execution vendors and third-party agencies.
Ensure legal compliance and documentation of promoters and vendors.
Technology & Systems Integration
Champion adoption and utilization of the internal Campaign Management System (CMS).
Work closely with the technology team to enhance tools for planning, reporting and analysis.
Drive real-time monitoring and data-backed insights from on-ground campaigns.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization
Monitor project budgets, control costs and ensure healthy gross margins.
Work with the finance team to forecast, allocate and track campaign-related expenses.
Ensure statutory compliances
People & Performance Management
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team with clear KRAs and accountability.
Drive training programs to upgrade team capabilities in line with company growth.
Implement performance metrics to evaluate internal team and external vendor success.
Risk & Crisis Management
Anticipate, identify and mitigate operational risks during campaign execution.
Create escalation protocols and response plans for field-related challenges.
