RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital, channel partners).
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to showcase projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized real estate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports and track sales performance against targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate developments.
Requirements Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.2u20135 years of proven sales experience (real estate sales preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong customer-centric approach with ability to build trust and rapport.Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.Knowledge of Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu real estate market will be an added advantage.Skills Required
