Role Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Salesforce configuration — objects, fields, record types, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Handle user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
