Position : People Growth Partner

Location : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven HR professional who thrives on finding and onboarding the right talent. You’ll handle the entire recruitment process end-to-end —from understanding team requirements to ensuring smooth onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys challenges, and wants to directly contribute to company growth. As the company expands, additional HR responsibilities may be added , giving you the opportunity to grow into a broader HR role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and draft job descriptions.

Source potential candidates using multiple channels — LinkedIn, job portals, college tie-ups, and referrals.

Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.

Maintain and update hiring trackers, ensuring timely closure of open roles.

Build a talent pipeline for future hiring and internship programs.

Partner with colleges and institutions for fresher and intern hiring.

Support general HR operations such as maintaining employee databases and onboarding activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably in a startup or tech environment.

Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
