Role And Impact

You will play a key role in supporting our Finance & Accounting team, focusing primarily on Accounts Payable. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment, working closely with a team of 25 dedicated colleagues in India. Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices, accurately entering invoice details into our SAP S / 4HANA system, and assisting with vendor management tasks such as setting up new vendors and resolving discrepancies. You will also support payment processing, help with monthly and quarterly reconciliations, maintain organized financial documentation, and communicate with both vendors and internal departments to resolve issues. Additionally, you will assist in generating reports and providing analysis on accounts payable activities, gaining exposure to procurement, treasury, IT, and other functional areas. This role offers a comprehensive introduction to financial operations within a global organization and the opportunity to contribute to Topsoe's ambitious green strategy.

You bring a relevant financial education, such as an accounting degree or similar background, and a strong motivation to launch your career in finance.
