Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Executive role located in Pune, India. The Pre-Sales Executive will engage potential clients, provide information about projects, and address inquiries about properties. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, scheduling property visits, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination with clients. The role requires proactive communication to understand customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in lead generation, client engagement, and follow-ups Ability to understand customer requirements and provide property-related solutions Familiarity with the real estate market and property management practices Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Previous pre-sales or sales experience in the real estate sector is preferred Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field
