Mission of Role :
This role will work closely with Regional Commercial Marketing Managers, Commercial Marketing Off Trade Manager, ZSM, Region Heads to pursue the Commercial Marketing agenda of winning in the state in Off trade channel.
He / she will be responsible for execution of Commercial Marketing initiatives which are led centrally like BAs, merchandisers, consumer gifting and effective use of the allotted state Commercial Marketing budgets.
He / She will work closely with CMM Off trade and RCMM to deliver the Commercial Marketing agenda in line with the agreed yearly priorities and goals.
He / She will support the state in the implementation of various initiatives and ensure efficient functioning of automated sales data capturing through IT tools for increasing sales team productivity and maximising returns on investment.
Will also be responsible for compliance to Beam Suntory processes and SOPs.
Role Responsibilities :
6+ years experience in the Channel preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Alcobev / relevant High level of strategic, conceptual and analytical skills.
