We are hiring for a leading FMCG ( food) brand in India for their new business division for Specialty hot beverages products .

Role Description

The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgets

Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & Formulate brand strategy

Oversee business of Ecommerce,D2C marketplaces

The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsible for Strategic Leadership

Accountable for P & L

Qualifications

MBA ( Marketing) / Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed Institute

Experience & Skills Required

12 to 15 Years experience in FMCG Products Sales & Marketing Or D2C or E Commerce Management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis

Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management

Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
