Present Role – Senior Relationship Manager – Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities
- Take over qualified leads passed on by the business development or marketing team
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams
- Create compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and handle all aspects of deal structuring
- Drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure with a focus on speed, alignment, and client satisfaction
- Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding
- Track conversion metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement
- Open to travel for business / client engagements across locations.

MBA in Finance and MarketingMinimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative sellingProven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independentlyExperience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneousSkills Required
