We're expanding our global presence and looking for bold, driven professionals to join our mission. Currently, we are seeking highly driven Business Development Managers in the Philippines to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) , Master Introducing Brokers (MIBs) , and other partners in the CFD , forex (FX) , and online trading industry. Your goal is to grow our global IB Network , and drive revenue growth.

What you’ll be working on :

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and MIBs in target markets
  • Drive sales and grow client acquisition through strategic business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and assist in increasing net deposit volumes
  • Promote our CFD trading products, leverage solutions, and brokerage offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support IBs with tools and promotional resources
  • Monitor industry trends in forex, CFD, and online trading markets to stay competitive
  • Attend global and regional events to represent D Prime and grow our broker network
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue impact

What we’re looking for :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the CFD, forex, or brokerage industry
  • Strong existing network of IBs, MIBs, or affiliates in online trading markets
  • Deep understanding of MetaTrader (MT4 / MT5) platforms and their use in retail and institutional trading
  • Track record of driving net deposits, hitting KPIs, and growing revenue in a sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a performance-based culture
