General Manager - Strategy & Ops

Job descriptionOwn end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives. Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability. Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies. Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics. Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth. Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing. Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategy / consulting / operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors. Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in using operational management software and tools. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans. Operational Excellence : Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Relationship Management : Skilled in building and maintaining strong partnerships. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Data Analytics : Proficiency in SQL & Excel is plus
